Big Red & Barbacoa
Every Sunday, we are proud to serve up authentic Texas barbacoa. It's to go only, so you can take your order home and enjoy it there. Our barbacoa kits include traditionally cooked meat, a wide variety of toppings, and our freshly made tortillas. And to really get the full Texan experience, we include a 6 pack of Big Red, a favorite Texas beverage. But if you prefer to eat in, we also have a brunch buffet that includes barbacoa as a feature as well.

Menudo
Menudo is a traditional Mexican soup made with tripe, hominy, and red chili peppers. It's a hearty and flavorful dish that is believed to be a hangover cure. Served with freshly made tortillas.
